When you train with Jure there is no set number when it comes to the amount of PT sessions you might need because this really depends on your health and fitness goals etc.

Can I Train At Home In Abu Dhabi?

If you would prefer to take your PT sessions at home in Abu Dhabi this can of course be arranged. Jure can come to your home, your building gym or another location to suit you and your schedule.

Do I Need My Own Exercise Equipment & Kit At Home?

For at home personal training no extra equipment is required for you at home.

Is It Cheaper To Train With A Group Or Partner?

Much of the time you can reduce the cost of your personal training programme by deciding to train with a partner or perhaps a group of friends. Full PT pricing can be provided when you contact Jure.

Can You Provide Diet & Nutrition Advice?

Yes – if you personal fitness goals require an element of changing your diet then Jure can provide advice.

How Many Times Per Week Should I Train?

Although there is no set number when it comes to how many times per week you should use a personal trainer this does depend on your and the trainers schedule which is why it’s always best to book session in advance.

    I have been physically active my entire life and have had many fitness trainers over the years. I must say , Jure is by far the most knowledgeable of all and he makes working out not only fun but educational and result producing. I stopped training a few years ago due to an injury that no other trainer seem to be able to help me overcome nor produce the results that I was looking for. Since working with Jure over the past few months I am now moving past my previous physical limitations and becoming the stronger , healthier version of me!!! Training with Jure has truly changed my life!!!
