Originally from the UK and now based in Abu Dhabi Jonny Parr is a personal trainer and fitness coach who specialises in strength and body conditioning. Having been in the industry for more than 12 years has helped Jonny gain a wealth of experience training clients with different needs, goals and abilities. He passion is for group fitness and bootcamp style training but as a fitness expert he can provide tailored fitness plans for a wide variety of needs including those who want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle and eat better.
