Yes, Semi Private training session discounts are available for Couples and groups of 4 to 6 people. Please contact John direct using the contact form for further information on group personal training rates in Abu Dhabi

You should CALL John at least 24 hours notice to cancel a training session. (BUT NOT TEXT MESSAGE)

Access to a gym is only required if your personal training plan needs access to special equipment. Because John is mobile you can traing from your home gym or withing Abu Dhabi or Online sessions.

A full Body Composition test and Fitness Test is performed before you begin your PT sessions in Abu Dhabi to track Body Fat%, Muscle %, Stamina level, Abdominal Fat %, Metabolism and Hydration levels, every 6-8 weeks of Continues training.

John has a planned periodic macro nutrient you need as part of your training needs and goals.

    I have been training with John for about 4 months now and its been a great experience. He has a lot of knowledge and experience in training and I have learned a lot from him. I feel much better about my body and my confidence has grown. He is realistic and very patient with me and answers all of my questions and concerns.

    John has personally trained me in Abu Dhabi for about 4 months and I’ve seen great improvement , I’ve never worked out so it was hard for me to change to a healthy lifestyle but John has helped me and motivated to keep going .

    John has personally trained me in Abu Dhabi for more than 3 months during which he has successfully transformed me into a healthier and self aware person, increasing several aspects of my body fitness level including strength, flexibility, endurance and knowledge. I do highly recommend John for those who are at the beginning of their fitness journey as he will able to train you and provide you with the necessary information you require to comprehend the transformation you are going through.     John has personally trained me for roughly about 6 years now in Abu Dhabi! John has whipped me back into shape after my 3rd child and also trained me into my first fitness/bikini competition, in which I placed in my category. I highly recommend John for beginners looking to get in shape and to gain basic knowledge on training techniques. Also I recommend john for people who I would consider intermediate or advanced gym goers for those who need that extra push. I went from a total beginner to a fitness competitor with john!
